| Recently, Luling VFD had a memorial wall installed on the training grounds which will be utilized to honor firefighters throughout St. Charles Parish. Today, On Scene Training Associates, LLC provided a spectacular addition to the memorial. Founder Aaron Heller presented Barry Minnich, Luling VFD Chief, with an original chainsaw carved eagle with flag. Not only did On Scene Training Associates, LLC gift Luling VFD with this magnificent artwork, he personally delivered it by trailer from Larry Watkins (Larry's Wood Carving) in New Egypt, New Jersey. We are honored and grateful for this gift.
